This client had a nice Pergola on the rear of their house, however the Pergola was made of wood and painted. The painted wood required cleaning and repainting every few years which was a long pain staking task. They decided they wanted to replace the Pergola with something covered that would be virtually maintenance free. We proposed a roof with vinyl covered post, aluminum wrapped header, and soffit covered ceiling. The result is a nice sitting area that is covered from the elements (rain, sun..ect.) and maintenance free for the homeowner.
